If your case is in the Eighth Judicial District Court, your court hearing will be at the Regional Justice Center on 200 Lewis Avenue in Las Vegas. Walk-in information and forms regarding Guardianship matters are available at both the Family Law Self-Help Center and the Civil Law Self-Help Center, but the online information and forms are only available on the Family Law Self-Help Center's website. Both clerks' offices at the Family Courts & Services Center at 601 North Pecos Road and at the Regional Justice Center take Guardianship filings.
